Return and Refund Policy

Permanent jewelry is a custom piece made specifically for you, once it's cut it's non refundable.  Free re -welds on my welds for life . If chain is broken outside my weld it then becomes a possible jewelry repair which are case by Case. price will vary. I will determine at time of visit if I can fix your piece. Remember I don’t  make the  chains I do however have suppliers that are reputable and only offer USA made high quality chains.

At LINKED UP  LLC, our chains are custom fit to you, whether its your wrist, finger, ankle, belly or neck. Once the chain has been cut we do not accept returns or refunds and no exceptions.

Our permanent jewelry is welded shut and meant for everyday wear. However please keep in mind that it is not indestructible, it is still FINE jewelry.

Remember if anything happens, your re-welds are complimentary for life . Chain must be in ORIGINAL condition, this means you must have your chain and it is in one piece without any stretching or missing chain.

You MUST have your piece for it to be repaired. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost jewelry, no exceptions.

Tooth gems and hair chain are also non refundable. once they are connected to you they are yours and your responsibility. Following the jewelry care instructions mentioned to you will ensure the longevity of items purchased from Linked up.
